In accord with RCW 42.56.580, the appointed Public Records Officer for Community Integrated Health Services is Kathy Robertson.

Medical Records Request


RCW 42.56.360 provides that health care records are exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Act.  Chapter 70.02 RCW governs the inspection and copying of the health care information of patients.  Requests for health care information should be made through the Medical Records Officer.
