Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) is a Washington State-based behavioral health agency offering quality care to all communities we serve. Current counties served are: Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum. Our team of dedicated, experienced professionals offer a variety of behavioral health services to people of all ages.
CIHS' mission is to assist individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders to obtain necessary, skills, counseling, medication management, and support services to improve their quality of life and level of functioning. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including in-office, community-based locations, or in-home depending on individual treatment needs. CIHS is now offering Telehealth services (video and phone).

Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT)
FACT provides services for people with mental health needs who have a history of multiple visits to an emergency department, inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations related to their behavioral health challenges.

WISe partners with youth and families to develop a collaborative plan that builds on their strengths and needs while supporting the youth and family in a community setting.

Trueblood Mental Health Diversion Program
The Trueblood Diversion team engages and assesses participants pre-release and post-conviction to establish wrap around services and assist them in setting up basic needs .

Jail Transition
Jail Transition works with arrested and incarcerated individuals needing behavioral health care, providing interim assessment and therapy, and helping them transition to a provider in the community.

Provides support and guidance to those discharged from Washington State Mental Hospital

General Outpatient Services
Low intensity intervention based 1:1 care in an outpatient office setting.

Substance Abuse Program (SUD)
SUD outpatient and intensive outpatient program provides SUD assessments and coordinates detox and residential inpatient placements. Services for adults and youth.

By referral, in-person counseling provided in the school setting.

School Threat Assessment Care Coordinator (S-TACC)
Behavioral health monitoring of a child expelled from having made targeted threats of violence toward the school or community (services are provided in home or via telehealth).

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Program provides up to 6 free confidential counseling sessions to help employees deal with family, work, and other life challenges. This is a contracted employer-paid program.
